My 5 Week Workout Program

From experience, I think sticking to a 4-5 week program works. Not only can you see your own progress over time, but after that time period, you can change it up. This is how most collegiate and many professional strength programs are designed. It eliminates boredom but still incorporates a form of repetition. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Yes!, I take days off, I skip days, or I may only do 2 rounds instead of 3. I listen to my body. It took me awhile to learn this, but listening to my body and not allowing guilt to consume me has helped me not get burnt out.

Here is my exact 5 Week program at the moment.
